The new system of zoning exhibition Otdykh LEISURE

The exposition structure and navigation system within the halls greatly influence the overall event efficiency. It is important that a visitor can easily get oriented and find a required stand. Therefore quite a new zoning of the exhibition area, with a well-defined allocation of exhibitors according to geographical regions and thematic sectors, will be introduced at the exhibition Otdykh LEISURE, which will be held from 19 to 22 September in the IEC «Crocus Expo».

In Hall 1 together with the exhibition for exclusive travel LUXURY Leisure, including health and medical tourism exposition, visitors will be able to find the national pavilions of Central and Latin America, Caribbean and Indian Ocean countries (India, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and Mauritius), which previously was located in Hall 3.

Traditionally Hall 2 will be occupied by TEZ Tour and the management office. Hall 3 and Hall 4 will accommodate the Russian regions, European countries, major international tour operators, Africa and Asia.

For the first time the IT Village exposition with the zone for seminars and presentations will be presented in Hall 3. Business Travel Exhibition MIBEXPO Russia will take place in Hall 3 as well.

The Arab countries will take a significant part of Hall 3, dividing it with the Asian region, steadily growing in size and number of companies. It is important to note that Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing expands its display area by 40%. Fujairah and Sharjah increase their stands too.

According to Director of Travel Exhibitions Department of «Euroexpo» Violetta Toulich, such an exhibition space zoning will increase participation efficiency of MATIW events and provide visitors and exhibitors with simple and comfortable navigation within the exposition.
