«Al Khor Rayhaan» in Deira, the 4-star «The Ocean View Hotel» in the prestigious Jumeirah Beach Residence (341 rooms), and «Fairmont The Palm» luxury beachfront hotel at the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah (381 rooms) are among the other major projects.

Dubai Companies would refurbish a QE2 ocean see cruiser which is based at Port Rashid of Dubai into the luxury hotel for 300 rooms.

You can get the extensive information about these new hotels and other updates by visiting Dubai Exposition at Leisure 2012 show, to be held 19–22 September in IEC Crocus Expo in Moscow. Dubai received 2.6 million tourists in the first quarter of 2012, up 9% from a year earlier. Due to the growing number of tourists, Dubai Exposition will be particularly extensive and diverse.
