On behalf of the Federal Agency for Tourism I would like to welcome all participants and guests of the Moscow Autumn Travel Industry Week MATIW!
Russian travel & tourism industry faces the new perspectives today, and in the field of the inbound tourism in particular. The municipal authorities make every effort to develop new promising destinations and tourism potentials of the regions creating favourable investment climate.
The positive dynamics of Russian travel industry is proved with the statistical indicators growth as well. We note the growing popularity of new interesting destinations which have been unfamiliar for the wide audience quite recently.
Today the governmental authorities take all their active efforts aimed at the popularization of regions’ tourism potential, and in this context MATIW is considered as a professional platform for the successful promotion of Russian tourism products at inbound and international markets.
I am confident that this year MATIW will meet all participants expectations. I would like to wish all participants and guests fruitful work and implementation of the set targets.
