Appointment System is an on-line service to pre-arrange meetings and negotiations offered by “Euroexpo” at “OTDYKH Leisure” exhibition for the 6^th running year.

The Appointment System helps to plan efficiently your time at the show — you can plan your route and individual events and negotiations schedule, taking into account the meeting schedule of the partners. The system also allows to find useful contacts and to attract visitors to the stand.

The Appointment System is an innovative development in the Russian exhibition industry. Despite the novelty, this service works efficiently and is widely used by visitors and exhibitors.

The exhibitors may schedule meetings with each other and with the visitors, and the visitors — only with participants.

You can use the Appointment System before the OTDYKH Leisure 2013, and during the all 4 days of the show — 17-20 September.
