For 3 years “Euroexpo” has been supporting FotoCh Charity Project, whereas at Otdykh tourist exhibition it will present the works of finalists of World Through Children`s Eyes photo contest in Traveling nomination.
This year, the project invites you to sponsor one of the seven nominations of the photo contest – Traveling, and offers to provide finalists with prizes.
Overall, this year more than 7 000 works in 7 nominations from 4 000 children from Russia and other countries took part in the contest with more than 700 works being announced in Traveling.
45 finalists proved to be the best from the best:
Grand Prix - 1 work
1st place - 12 works
2nd place - 11 works
3rd place - 21 works
Andrey Kamenev – a great phototraveller as you may see from his website – chose the best works.
The award ceremony will take place on December 01, 2013 (Sunday) from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. in Museion Centre for the Aesthetic Education of Children and Young People at the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts within the framework of the Annual Holiday of Young Photographer. The organizers invited Dmitriy Krylov (a host of the famous «Good-for-nothing Notes») to award the children.
About the Contest
Today World Through Children`s Eyes Annual International Children Photo Contest of Equal Possibilities is one of the biggest photo competitions for children in Runet. The photo contest was founded in 2010, ever since more than 10 000 photographic works had been posted from 5 000 members in Russia, neighboring and distant countries.
FotoCh is a team of professional photographers and teachers who use a photograph as a measure of children`s rehabilitation, that have a special need in adult help.
