Welcome message of the Head of Moscow Tourism and Hospitality Committee Mr. Sergey Shpilko to exhibitors and visitors of OTDYKH 2014

Dear exhibitors and guests of OTDYKH International Russian Travel Market, dear colleagues,

The 20-year history of this large-scale event shows that the exhibition has developed into the Russia’s main negotiating sites that brings together real professionals of the tourism industry. For 20 years OTDYKH exhibition has proved to be a well-established event in the tourism industry in Russia and the CIS countries, the traditional meeting place of tour operators, travel agents, hoteliers, national tourism offices, companies from different countries and Russia’s regions. OTDYKH has become a platform for the efficient cooperation among the players of the global hospitality industry, aimed at the active development of tourism products and tourist destinations.

This edition of the show is an exceptional one. Starting from 2014 the single brand of OTDYKH brings together all sectors of the travel & tourism industry: leisure and travelling, business travel, exclusive tourism, medical and health tourism. Thus, the Forum has consolidated all the main sectors of the tourism industry at the common presentation and discussion platform.

OTDYKH 2014 offers an interesting and diverse business programme, including numerous conferences, seminars, and round tables, where the market players can discuss the most topical issues and share the experiences with the colleagues from abroad.
