The team of the 24th International Tourism Forum and Exhibition “OTDYKH” continues to introduce new tools to attract visitors to the exhibitor stands.
We offer you to become a partner of the “Win at OTDYKH!” action. You don’t have to worry about collecting visitor business cards anymore, we will collect and save them for you!
How it Works:
Step 1 A travel agency representative receives the visitor badge together with the “OTDYKHay!” promotional ticket with the list of partners, their logos and stand numbers in the exhibition halls (by e-mail or at the registration desk).
Step 2 The action participant should visit all the partner stands listed in the ticket, and scan his/her visitor badge at every stand
Step 3 Having checked in at ALL partner stands, the visitor becomes a participant of the prize drawing, and has a chance to win one of the valuable prizes from the Partners.
Final The prize drawing will take place within two weeks after the show.
Partner benefits:
- The Partner company receives a scanner for all three exhibition days for collecting visitor contact information
- After the show the Partner company receives its stand visitor database with contact details
- Promotion: publishing the company logo on the promotion ticket, on the exhibition website, announcements in social networks
Participation conditions for PARTNER:
- The Partner provides a valuable prize: a tourist trip, flight ticket, hotel accommodation, free participation in a promotional tour, etc
- Participation in action is free
